Deposit is $250 to reserve a puppy. Deposits are non-refundable unless the
reservation litter does not occur. Deposits are transferable to a future litter within
18 months. This deposit will be applied to the total purchase price.
Total purchase price is $2800.00 with limited AKC registration. Full AKC
registration may be available at the discretion of Mountain View Farms LLC at the
cost of an additional $800.00. The balance due shall be submitted via check 2
weeks prior to pick up or via PayPal or as otherwise arranged.
Puppies will be placed in order of the receipt of deposits. Buyers will be asked to
provide desired traits, temperaments, color preference, other characteristics and
Mountain View Farms will match puppies with every intent of placing the perfect
puppy to his/her new forever home. Price of the puppy does not include
transportation or other costs. Buyers are responsible for picking up their new
puppy which will be coordinated with the breeder to ensure the safety, health,
and well-being of the puppy as priority one. Puppies will be placed/picked up at 8
weeks of age unless other arrangements are made.
Puppies will receive extensive care, observation, and medical care, and will
receive all shots, worming, veterinary exams as recommended by breeder’s vet,
and be micro-chipped as part of the purchase price.
Training – Puppies will begin basic training at six weeks of age. This training will
include introduction to retrieving, other dogs, beginner crate training,
socialization with people, outdoors sights and sound (weather permitting), toys,

Delivery may be available; however, in-person pickup is preferred. Delivery
charge is 70 cents per mile traveled.
Mountain View Farms maintains ownership of all puppies until all fees have been
paid in full and the puppy has been picked up. All puppies will include a bill of
sale, AKC registration documents, and health warranty.
